Facility Manager (junior) /Facility Coordinator @Apleona

We are therefore eager to integrate new employees to continue this growth. In Nordic countries Apleona has started operations at the beginning of 2023 and currently we will have 2 major customers in the region.
Today, we are looking for a junior Facility Manager / Facility Coordinator to support our operations in the Nordics & Baltics. The role is located in Finland.
The junior Facility Manager / Facility Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Apleona client sites, securing contractual deliveries and compliance, providing various contract management tasks and maintaining safe working environment in customer sites.
Your tasks :

• Coordinate and support subcontractors/Apleona partners on site operations (hard & soft services)
• Providing a work order and purchase order management together with Apleona central helpdesk
• Resolve operational issues at various sites and provide service monitoring / audits in client sites
• Liaise with the building owner when needed
• Implement standard operating procedures and guidelines for operations / projects
• Report results and performance to the direct supervisor
• Prepare strategic and operational reports specific to the sites

Your profile :

• You have at least 2years of experience in a similar position within the FM services sector
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Facility Management (both hard and soft services)
• You have a strong interest in one or more technical fields
• You are autonomous, dynamic, and client-oriented
• You have professional proficiency in English
• You are highly skilled in MS Office
• You have no problem travelling to clients’ sites in Finland (and afterwards the Nordics)
