We’re looking for an IT Service Technician Intern who
- Is enthusiastic about learning (upskilling) how to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HPE and other multi-vendor hardware and software.
- Basic IT knowledge and strong hardware troubleshooting skills are advantageous.
FST will train any interested candidate with B2 / Native German language skill the below skills and provide certification -
Responsibilities that will be taught during the internship:

• Install and set up HPE hardware and firmware.
• Perform repairs, updates, and support for HPE, Cisco, and Dell equipment.
• Provide on-site support to assist with troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as needed.
• Attend HPE training sessions to keep skills up-to-date.
• Conduct proactive services like firmware upgrades and site surveys.
• Ensure services meet agreed SLAs for specific accounts.

Nice to Have:

• Basic IT knowledge or certification.
• Experience in IT support with a focus on customer service.
• Good communication skills in local language or English.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Legal right to work in Austria.

Must Have

• German Language skill - B2 / Native
