Laboratory Technician

Our brand new, state-of-the-art Material Research Center is starting its operations during first half of the year 2025 and we are now looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Tampere, Finland.
As Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for preparing samples, operating testing equipment, and accurately collecting and reporting measurement data. If you are precise, organized, and interested in laboratory work, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare laboratory samples for tests and analysis
- Operate laboratory testing and analysis equipment in physical and analytical laboratory
- Collect, document, and report measurement data accurately
Our expectations:
- Degree or certification in a laboratory-related field (Material Science, Chemistry, Analytics, or similar)
- Preferably previous experience in a laboratory environment
- Know-how of polymer laboratory is an advantage
- Development-minded team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English is a must-have, Finnish is a plus
