The Indonesian Embassy opening for 1 (one) position for Locally Employed Staff (Assistant).
Status Full Time with a fixed-term contract for 2 (two) years which can be extended.
The vacancies are open for Finnish, Indonesian, or other nationals who have valid Finnish Permanent residence status.

• Male or female.
• Maximum 45 years of age.
• Finish Citizen or other Nationality with Permanent Residence in Finland (type P)
• Be in good health.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Finnish (verbal and written) and able to translate between the two languages.
• Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a plus.
• Possess a driving license issued by the authority in Finland.
• Have never been involved in any criminal acts or civil cases.
• Not a member of political parties or its affiliated organizations

B. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: Economics, Finance, Management, Development, Law, Politics, or International Trade and Economic, other relevant degree.
• Have a good knowledge about Indonesia, Finland, and Estonia
• Skills and other qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Finnish and Estonia regulations.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Work experience in related fields will be a plus.

• Medical certificate from health authority/hospital in Finland.
