What we are looking for and your focus
To strengthen our Finnish Market Access function, we are looking for a driven Market Access Manager with a commercial mindset. Your primary focus is centered around ensuring full local market access of our exciting innovations and product launches, benefiting both prescribers and consumers. Furthermore, your responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:
Support the full tender cycle management of shaping, bidding, implementing and pulling through on the tenders
Support bidding incl. active and timely involvement of all relevant local, Nordic or global internal stakeholders
Owns the tender monitoring, data management, information and certificate collection, requirement completion and samples
Owns pricing, category code and contract accuracy across systems
Leads selected tender processes for a product group or region
Responsible for competitor surveillance (pricing and tactics in tenders) in close collaboration with Nordic and global stakeholders
Stays coordinated with sales team and other relevant internal functions to manage external relationships
Stays abreast of changes within Finnish Health Care, tender laws, practice guidelines and market trends
Proactively provides feedback and requests to the rest of the organization to adapt tools and strategies to the market demand
Support with some ad hoc administrative and organizing tasks

Functionally you may be “rounded” by different experiences, but having the following experiences under your belt is bound to increase the chance of success in this role:
University degree in business or relevant field
3-5-years’ experience working with tenders especially bidding, contracts and tender requests, preferably creating public tenders
1-3 years’ experience of project management with different functions
Solid understanding of Finnish medical device sector & healthcare setup
Preferably experience of working with clinical, economic and technical value arguments with exceptional numeric and technical skills
Strong technical skills within excel and data management
Speaks fluently Finnish and English at a high professional level.
