About your future role
You’ll be a valuable member of the Medium & Partner Sales team. The team works from the Helsinki office and cooperate closely to win over customers

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Looking for new customers by actively contacting potential new merchants
Sales negotiations and lead nurturing
Maintaining customer relationships & developing their revenues
Resolving any customer complaints or challenges
Presentation of new products and services
Ensure a high standard of customer experience

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

Background in similar role
Strong commercial mindset
Strong decision making, interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent both in written and verbal Finnish and English language

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

Fluent Swedish language skills
