About your future role
You’ll be leading a team of 5 Medium Account Managers & Partner Sales Managers. The team works from the Helsinki office and cooperate closely to win over customers.

About your future role
You’ll be leading a team of 5 Medium Account Managers & Partner Sales Managers. The team works from the Helsinki office and cooperate closely to win over customers.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Leading Medium & Partner Sales team by example; coaching and sparring the team members to reach their targets
- Maintaining customer relationships, building trust with current and potential customers, developing your portfolio through new sales and backbook development
- Drive and deliver strategy-based activities and targets
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in Finland & Nordics

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Management experience and capabilities within leading a sales team or equivalent
- Strong commercial mindset
- Strong decision making, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent both in written and verbal Finnish and English language
- Fluent Swedish language skills
- Experience in Account Manager role
- Technical understanding
