Responsibilities

• Lead our Sales team in Finland
• inspire and empower your team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver outstanding results
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue for the company
• Create alignment between all revenue teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure strong collaboration
• As the leader of the team, you will open doors and build relationships with the largest customers, to set an example for others
• Work hand-in-hand with leaders and team members of all departments in the company

Essentials skills and expertise

• +5 years of working experience
• Proven track record of leading successful Sales teams
• Ability to lead a team and to develop team members skills in their daily activities
• Ability to plan on a strategic level and also implement them hands-on
• In general an autonomous person with high levels of initiative and energy
• Fluent in both English and Finnish

Preferred experience

• Hands-on experience in startup, scaleup or Saa S environment
• Hands-on experience working in the restaurant industry
