Head of Innovation

We are looking for a Head of Innovation for permanent and full-time employment.
The Ecosystem and Platform team at Fennica Gaming is dedicated to crafting cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for our diverse range of B2B partners. Tailoring our offerings to meet each partner’s specific requirements and regulatory landscapes is at the core of our mission, guaranteeing unparalleled support and satisfaction.
As part of our dynamic company, you will lead the innovation strategy and execution, driving the development of groundbreaking products and services within the international B2B real-money gaming market. In this role, you will guide the creation of prototypes, demos, and MVPs in collaboration with subcontractors, the Game Family, Veikkaus experts, and other stakeholders. You will bring your vision to life while remaining receptive to feedback and adjusting direction to ensure success. Additionally, you will play a key role in testing and refining ideas and concepts, ensuring they meet market demands and push the boundaries of what is possible.
Main responsibilities include:

• Leading the innovation strategy for Fennica Gaming, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Overseeing the research and development of new technologies and gaming solutions.
• Fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Engaging with industry stakeholders, partners, and customers to gather insights and feedback that inform the innovation roadmap.

It would be great to hear from you if you have:

• A proven track record of leading innovation and product development initiatives, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of creative and technical professionals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
• Good communication and interaction skills in English
• An appropriate degree (BA/MA or similar) or otherwise acquired appropriate competence and experience in product development

These things are considered as advantages:

This position is located in Finland. We have modern and agile remote working methods in use and flexible on-site working spaces at the office in Pohjois-Haaga.
