We’re building a membership platform for the restaurant industry. Businesses get a simple way to connect with their customers and give them membership benefits & rewards. One of the main reasons why users love Cluby is that they don’t have to download several restaurant loyalty apps - instead they can use Cluby on all of their favorite restaurants, bars, cafes, and nightclubs. Our app is the most popular membership app in Finland and we are expanding to Europe in 2024.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be part of our Sales team. You will be working hands-on with acquiring new small & medium sized businesses to our platform and making sure your customer portfolio succeeds with Cluby. We are ready to hire the right person immediately when we find the right one.

As most decision makers in the restaurant owners or managers speak either Finnish or English, excellent command of both Finnish and English is required. In close cooperation with our business development & product development teams, you will also have the opportunity to directly impact our product & services.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting new restaurants which meet our ICP profile.
  • Handle sales process end-to-end from booking meetings to deal negotiations and systematically manage your pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Communicate (physical visits, online meetings, calls, and emails) with restaurants to demonstrate Cluby technology
  • Ensuring high data quality in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Introduce new Cluby product opportunities to increase revenue streams on your Customer portfolio

Essential skills and expertise
  • +2 years of working experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong and evolving competence in booking your own meetings in B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Finnish
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • A professional and respectful attitude towards others and their work
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • In general an autonomous person with high levels of initiative and energy

Preferred experience (at least one of these)
  • Hands-on experience with Sales in B2B Saa S services or Startups
  • Hands-on experience working with digital platforms in the restaurant industry (e.g. food delivery, table booking, etc.)
  • Selling to or working in the restaurant industry
  • Experience in B2B Outbound Sales
