We’re building a membership platform for the restaurant industry. Businesses get a simple way to connect with their customers and users get membership benefits & rewards in all of their favorite restaurants, bars, cafes, and nightclubs. Our app is the most popular membership app in Finland and we are expanding to Europe in 2024.
We're looking for an exceptional leader to be our Head of Revenue and a key player in our leadership team. You'll be leading our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. We are ready to hire the right person immediately when we find the right one.
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation plus a track record of structuring healthy organizations that encourage effective collaboration. You’ll influence technical decision making, drive prioritization and execution, while managing outstanding team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead our Outbound and Inbound Sales teams in Finland & go-to-market teams in Europe
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue for the company
- Create alignment between all revenue teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure strong collaboration
- As the most senior executive, you will open doors and build relationships with the largest customers and partners
- inspire and empower our teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver outstanding results
- Work hand-in-hand with leaders and team members of all departments in the company
Essentials skills and expertise
- +5 years of working experience
- Proven track record of leading successful Sales or Revenue teams
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and structuring Sales or Revenue team organization
- Ability to lead a team, hire and develop team members skills in their daily activities
- Ability to plan on a strategic level and also implement them hands-on
- In general an autonomous person with high levels of initiative and energy
- Fluent in both English and Finnish
Preferred experience
- Hands-on experience in startup, scaleup or Saa S environment
