• Execute HR administrative tasks which require local or global knowledge
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Advise business stakeholders on HR Policy queries and resolve HR-related queries from employees and managers
• Support managers to organise employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives when needed
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies as well as provide advice on policies and procedures.
• Provide Workday expert support
• Drive and be responsible for HR improvement projects when needed
• Support in the Engagement Survey as well as the Talent, Leadership & Learning area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hands-on experience from a broad scope of HR activities including experience on Workday
• Solid experience in recruitment processes for different kind or roles in different organisation levels.
• Problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling to work with different stakeholders
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Basic knowledge of the country labour legislation in Finland
• Growth mindset - passionate to grow professionally further.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in human resources with increasing responsibility and scope. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as Finnish skills. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
