• Proven experience in a senior accounting role within a multinational corporation
• Demonstrated ability to manage a transition from a centralized to a decentralized organizational structure
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams
• Thorough understanding of general accounting principles and processes
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and change management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English
• Skilled in navigating decentralized models, networking, and influencing across broader accounting teams
