What are we looking for?
Due to our expanding project portfolio and assignments, you could be a seasoned pro or a process designer with just a few years of experience. We are looking for engineers to work on projects involving, among other tasks:
Renewable energy production processes
Heat recovery processes
Processes in tall oil production
Processing of plastic waste residues
Wastewater treatment and purified water production processes
Treatment of gaseous emissions
Rejlers projects are diverse, and our designers work in pre-design, basic engineering, and execution phases across various industries. We primarily operate in the chemical industry, energy, life sciences, and mining & metals sectors. Sustainable processes are essential to us at Rejlers, and therefore, we emphasize solutions that utilize technical possibilities such as green hydrogen and energy efficiency.
As Rejlers Industrial section is growing, there are extensive opportunities for career development, and the role can be tailored according to previous work experience and interests. Our goal is continuous improvement, satisfied personnel, growing collaboration, and clientele both in Finland and in other Rejlers Group countries (Sweden, Norway, United Arab Emirates).

We expect you to have:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent (e.g., process engineering, chemical engineering, energy engineering), or relevant education applicable to the position
- 2+ years of work experience in process design roles in production processes
- Diverse experience in the process industry
- Readiness to work within a multidisciplinary project team
- Proficiency in English and/or Finnish languages
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn new things and participate in your own and the process design team's development efforts
- Experience in engineering projects in different phases
- Experience in Senior or Lead engineer roles
- Experience in aviation fuels
