Eficode creates the future of software development, specializing in Dev Ops, Cloud, Agile, and software design. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager ready to fuel product marketing for our Dev Ops & Cloud unit.
Joining our Partner and Product Marketing team, you'll report to the Head of Partner and Product Marketing. You collaborate with our consultants, pre-sales experts, sales managers, account managers, fellow marketers, and our technology partners.
Your role is to capture the wisdom of our services and make it stunning product marketing and marketing execution. When you are successful, your work generates qualified leads and sales pipeline, fosters robust customer engagement, and contributes to the expansive growth of our Dev Ops & Cloud unit.
This is a full-time position in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the UK or Germany.

Joining our Partner and Product Marketing team, you'll report to the Head of Partner and Product Marketing. You collaborate with our consultants, pre-sales experts, sales managers, account managers, fellow marketers, and our technology partners.
Your role is to capture the wisdom of our services and make it stunning product marketing and marketing execution. When you are successful, your work generates qualified leads and sales pipeline, fosters robust customer engagement, and contributes to the expansive growth of our Dev Ops & Cloud unit.
This is a full-time position in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the UK or Germany.
As our new Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Craft and refine messaging framework, ideal customer profile, and buyer personas.
- Design outstanding sales materials & tools to capture attention and drive action.
- Plan with services and product teams and oversee the marketing of our services.
- Support marketing teams in creating campaigns and materials that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with sales to accelerate opportunities in the sales pipeline.
- Produce customer insights that help product management shape opportunity and development portfolios.
- Work closely and co-plan with our technology partners such as AWS and Git Lab.
- Build analyst relationships to showcase our unique value proposition and keep Eficode at the top of mind.
- Always keep Eficodeans informed about our Dev Ops & Cloud offering and the competitive landscape.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing and/or partner marketing.
- A background in the modern software development industry.
- Experience working closely with pre-sales and sales.
- The ability to communicate fluently with technical teams and challenge ideas with sound reasoning.
- An agile mindset, always ready to adjust plans based on new insights.
- A curious nature that digs deep into the "why" to strategize the "what's next, and how to get there".
- Creativity, a proactive spirit, and solid communication skills.
- The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of other European or Nordic languages is a plus.
