What's your role?
You will be part of our Project and Coordination team. Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the commercial, financial, and export-related aspects of Delivery Projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the sales order process in S/4, handling project invoicing and coordinating logistics for shipments. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator shares the responsibility of executing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations. You will report to Project and Coordination Manager, EUR & LAT AM.
Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution and maintain clear communication with customers on commercial and logistics inquiries.
• Contribute to sales cases, focusing on financial, commercial, and export considerations, while managing order acknowledgments, invoices, and payment follow-ups, and facilitating Letter of Credits and bank guarantees to ensure secure transactions.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including sales order entries, planning, sourcing, and shipping arrangements.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as freight forwarders, banks, and authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure delivery documentation meets customs and tax authority requirements.

What will you bring?

• Previous experience in project coordination, specifically in export-related tasks, including managing contracts and ensuring compliance with export/import regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field.
• Strong customer focus with experience in direct engagement to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic global environment and manage multiple tasks across teams to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of business economics, financial management, and product applications.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages seen as a plus.
