We are looking for a Field Service Project Manager to join our Field Service team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland, other Vaisala office locations can be considered. Join us to work with valued customers and contribute to the success of an innovative product.

You will be part of our Field Service team. Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while managing timetables, customer requirements, site readiness, milestones, and resources.
- Define project scope, set expectations, ensure profitability, and accurately quote projects, adhering to Good Documentation Practices.
- Optimize resource utilization, balance workloads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and account managers, to resolve conflicts and address stakeholder concerns.
- Oversee multiple projects, from small deliveries to larger systems, while supporting the Sales team with opportunity reviews and bid requests.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years related experience in technical field.
- Project Management experience seen as a plus.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
- Experience with workflow management and order processing systems, ideally SAP/S4 and Salesforce.
- Experience working with remote resources seen as a plus.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems seen a plus.
