We are now looking for an experienced
Project Manager, ERP
Ponsse PLC is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 globally and seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ERP implementation across our parent company, sales, service, factory, and logistics center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale ERP implementations with complex manufacturing integrations.
In this role you will manage project costs, schedules, resources, and scope, and report on budget versus actuals. Collaborating with Business Process Owners (BPOs), you will handle cross-stream communication, task-level planning, and follow-up. You will work closely with the implementation vendor's Project Manager to control scope, provide status updates, and handle escalations.
Your role will also involve aligning project schedules with the business organization and partners, overseeing progress with local teams and implementation partners. Additionally, you will manage supplier invoicing approvals, handle dependency management, and ensure alignment within Ponsse's teams. Facilitating information for strategic decisions will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Required qualifications in this role:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of managing large ERP projects, at least 5 years, experience of portfolio management practices is beneficial.
• Good communication skills and a fluency in both spoken and written English as well Finnish.
• Advanced certifications of project management (PRINCE2, IPMA B/C) as well as experience in leading scaled agile (SAFe) development, scrum, and agile practices are beneficial.

As a person you have an ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as adapt to a rapidly changing environment. You are proactive, technical and take initiative and have great interpersonal skills and you will work well under pressure. You also have strong problem-solving skills to solve problems and work in a diverse team and see solutions rather than problems.
