We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Tampere.

You will be responsible for supporting global project execution, which involves functions from project management, engineering, and financials. Your role plays a crucial part in Mobile and Mid-size crusher deliveries, which will positively impact Crushing BL results. In this position, you will report to Mari-Anne Leinonen.

This position is mainly in Tampere, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

The team you belong to

We offer an exciting position in the Mobile & Mid-Size crushers product group in the Metso Minerals business area. You will get a chance to work with professionals from the local Tampere team, where your team will support your growth and colleagues and customers around the globe. You will have great opportunities to develop your expertise by learning what the mining world looks like.

What you’ll do

Project Coordination for customer delivery projects
Monthly project reporting and follow-up
Support and back-up for Project Managers
Project Governance and Business Financials support
Operative Project Management support
Coordination of standard factory orders and customized deliveries
Contract management for Metso Finland contracts
Improving our processes, practices, and reporting
Documentation & Engineering coordination
Control and collect project-related documentation: MDR (manufacturing data records), quality documentation, certified drawings, and other customer-specific engineering documents

Who you are

A cheerful and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
Studies in the field of business administration or engineering
A customer-focused and innovative mindset and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team while also working independently on specific tasks
Combined technical and business mindset
Skills in using Project management tools (SAP, PMP, Excel, Pex-Pro) is an asset
High interest in the mining world, heavy machine industry, and, more precisely, crushing & screening products
