Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Development

Job Type: Full-Time

• Lead Project Execution:
  • After deal closure, take charge of project execution
  • Motivate multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering results
  • Ensure adherence to an agreed project governance structure
  • Aim for customer satisfaction throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Single Point of Contact:
  • Act as the primary liaison with the customer
  • Ensure that each project milestone aligns with agreed objectives
• Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate closely with the core project team
  • Propose and communicate scope changes to the customer (in collaboration with Business Development)
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Work with the Global PM Director to establish relevant KPIs
  • Monitor project progress and share best practices in Project Management
  • Promote consistent use of PM Standard Work across all projects
  
  

• Qualifications:
  • Suitable University Degree
  • Several years of work experience in the field of Pharmacy
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager (ideally within a CDMO business model)
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Experienced in leading projects
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Agility and adaptability to drive change
  • Hands-on mentality with self-motivation
  • Pragmatic, organized, and results-oriented
  • Customer-centric problem-solving mindset
• Language and Travel:
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
