We're looking for a dynamic Project or Program Manager adept in designing, developing, and implementing business processes and technology solutions for Sofigate’s customers. You will join the largest Transformation Center of Excellence team in the Nordics. You’ll be working in assignments as an internal project or program manager for our customers. Your role is pivotal in driving change within customer organizations, leveraging your leadership to guide teams to excellence within set budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, Swedish is a plus.


Key Qualities:

• 5+ years relevant working experience as leading business development and technology projects (ERP, CRM and other business solution knowledge is much appreciated)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage audiences at all levels
• Proficient in project management software, methodologies, and tools.
• Industry specific experience from areas such as finance, banking, health, logistics, manufacturing or public sector are seen as beneficial

Your Mission:

• Manage key business technology and change management projects for Sofigate’s customers
• Understand the customer needs to create value through business technology
• To consult both technology and business, with understanding from core and support processes and related technologies and solutions
