Job Description:

• Internal and external CAPA program.
• Site lead for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Completes root cause analyses of both operational processes and product nonconformances.
• Participate in internal auditing activities.
• Process change management.
• Review and create new work instructions, process documentation, and visual work aids.
• Support in designing and maintaining procedures and systems for process and quality data collection.
• Support reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support and coordinate equipment and process validation.
• Coordinate site level calibration activities.
• Drives continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company’s ESD program.
• Support the RMA team with detailed and systematic root cause investigation.
• Perform quality control checks for needed projects and performing incoming material checks.
• Responsible for creation of training content and conducting training activities.

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field, preferably engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks.
• Experience with statistical analysis software.
• Microsoft office: Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Thorough understanding of ISO9001:2015.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
• Fluent language skills English, both written and oral.

• Prior implementation of a quality management system (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Knowledge of J-STD-001/IPC-A-610.
• Knowledge of d FMEA and p FMEA.
• Experience of data analysis tools.
• Process development experience.
• Knowledge of electrical measuring systems.
• Some experience of document control.
• Previous experience from clean room environment.
• Finnish language skills.
