You will report directly to our Head of Commercial of Euroclear Finland, Sanna Andersson. She has a special message for prospective candidates:

Your responsibilities
You have previous B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or Saa S solution sales within both private and public sectors. In this position, you will utilise these skills to boost sales growth by creating your own pipeline, from identifying potential leads to closing deals. You will engage daily with prospects and customers and work closely with colleagues both locally and internationally.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our new services solution footprint to new customer segments.
- Identify and target new business opportunities both in private and public sector, developing and managing proactively a high-quality pipeline of prospects.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Create compelling value propositions with insights into value for that specific customer.
- Develop and grow strong relationships with key customer and stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market and industry trends, and actively seek customer feedback to impact our sales strategies and product development roadmaps. Provide accurate daily data, sales forecasts and reports through CRM (Sales Force).
The ideal combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Relevant education (e.g. degree in sales, technology)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Saa S/IT solution sales for B2B and public sector clients with a track record of successfully closing complex deals
- Demonstrated experience in value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcome
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Experience in using digital tools to enhance the customer journey and optimize sales processes
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
- Exceptional self-leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and inspire your customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels
- Self-starter with proactive initiative, solution oriented and will to succeed
- Collaborative, cross-functional way of working to ensure the seamless customer experience and delivery of customer-centric initiatives
- Market aware and commercially focused
- Proficiency in CRM tools Fluent in Finnish and English
