We are now looking for an SAP PMO Professional / SAP Project Manager to join our rapidly growing local SAP Consulting Team. We are currently open to hire multiple candidates to different seniority levels depending on their competences and experience.

In this role you’ll be planning, coordinating and managing a part of our client project based on your capabilities. You will be involved in the project in key stages from planning, developing and following the global template to testing, executing and coordinating the project activities. In this role you will be building and following the full release plan with input from all functional and technical teams as well as change and communications teams and ensure full alignment with client and their business. The common goal for us and the client is for the team to acquire a good understanding of business processes and be able to offer the best solution to meet the business needs. You will have the opportunity to pursue your passion and put your skills to good use together with the premier specialists within SAP Practice in Finland and broadly within Nordics and Europe.

We are looking for an experienced SAP project management professional who has an appetite for delivering sustainable, business-driven projects and being excited to co-operate with the largest companies and well-known brands. You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating and overseeing the project plan and timelines while providing subject matter expertise where applicable with good awareness of SAP and associated technologies.
Your most important attributes we’d like to see are:

• Experience in Project Manager/PMO/ Cutover or Work Stream Lead role in transformation projects with emphasis on large scale SAP projects
• Excellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)
• Excellent relationship-building, networking and influencing skills with ability to function successfully in a team environment

Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to:

• Have a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Development, Implementation or Transformation projects in a leading or coordinating role
• Have profound knowledge of project, change and release management processes and standards
• Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines, delegating and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring, summarizing, aligning and communicating project status across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is established for all activities
• Have the ability and experience in defining comprehensive project plans that outline the sequence of tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements securing technical integrations and business continuity
• Be actively alert and able to do risk management of project activities including escalation process to ensure plans and execution remain within the timeline
• Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills combined with proactive, development-minded, and goal-focused attitude to work
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English paired with excellent documentation, visualization and presentation skills (proficiency in Finnish language seen as advantage but it is not required)
• Be currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit. For this role we do not offer relocation
