Fastems’ Legal Team, headed by the General Counsel, handles all legal aspects of Fastems Group and provides legal support to customer projects and administrative matters. We are now looking for a Legal Counsel based in our office in Tampere, Finland. We apply a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work. The position is fixed-term until the end of May 2025.


Do you want to contribute your knowledge to a work on exciting topics around international high technology projects? Are you familiar with contract law, compliance, international sale of goods and software licensing? Then we should get to know each other. We have a highly dedicated organization, with exposure to clients and projects in Europe, USA and Asia. Your work will to a large extent include review of non-disclosure agreements and delivery of legal contractual support to the various units at Fastems Group. You can be either in the more earlier stages of your career or already have gained experience in a similar role.


The ideal candidate has a Master of Laws degree or is a law student with relevant work experience. You have experience from legal services. You enjoy contract analysis and are comfortable advising technical teams on legal issues. You are structured, analytical, and purposeful in your approach. Thanks to good communication skills and a flexible mindset, you will find the best solutions for our customers and Fastems. We expect from you excellent command of the English language and fluency in the German language would be considered to be an asset.
