Senior Legal Counsel - Competition Law

We are looking for an experienced competition law professional to join our law team. Notably with regard to M&A, we have arisen among the top tier advisors with our integrated model, and we can offer great career prospects for rising stars in our team of around 50 lawyers in Finland. Working at a thoroughly global law firm with more than 3,500 lawyers and with around 400,000 other professionals and sector specialists all over the globe is an experience already per se.
Your key responsibilities
We are able to provide you with a senior position with project management responsibilities in relation to challenging transactions and general competition and procurement law. You will be advising our clients in on all aspects of EU and Finnish competition law and state aid regulation, with a particular focus on merger control and latest regulatory developments.

- At least 5 years of experience in legal specialist role in a law firm, inhouse position or competition authority
- Specialist level skills on competition law
- Fluent in Finnish and English
