Senior Account Executive

Lime Technologies Finland is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the sales team in a new sales acquisition role, helping to dig out and close new business in our focus customer verticals. You have a “hunter” mindset and are an independent, results-driven salesperson with experience in selling complex IT solutions / Saa S sales. You will be based in our Helsinki office with 25 other Lime Technologies Finland employees. You will report directly to Lime Finland’s country manager and be an integral part of the new sales team. What you will do
You can expect to interact with the Finland’s SME (revenue between € 50m - € 500m) companies through outbound sales efforts such as:
Expanding our customer base in Finland and reaching out to new clients.
Analyzing the market and contributing to new activities and strategies.
Networking/relationship-based selling.
Participating in conferences and trade shows.
Customer meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually.
Sales processes focused on adding value to the customers' workflows.

Skills & Requirements
What we are looking for
You have a relevant education and between 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in complex IT solutions sales / Saa S sales.
You are goal-oriented and result-driven.
You have a technical interest and a desire to learn more.
You enjoy working proactively to find the best way to reach the market; whether through cold calling, social selling, networking or other proactive methods.
You are eager to develop your skills and work in a challenging market.
You have a Class B driver's license, as you will need to attend physical customer meetings.
You are fluent in Finnish and you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in English. Swedish language seen as a plus.

The process
This is an ongoing process, i.e., we run the recruitment process until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen CVs and motivation letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils. We look forward to your application!
