Senior Partner Development Manager

Our new Senior Partner Development Manager (PDM) will lead partner development for our key partners in Finland. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with decision-makers and drive growth in our preferred partner portfolio, services, and support, as well as in sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you'll play a key role in facilitating partner growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new partners that align with our preferred partner profile through proactive engagement and follow-up on relevant leads.
- Develop existing key partners, through technical and sales enablement plans, and through marketing and other collaborative activities.
- Build and maintain strategic business plans with key stakeholders to support our and our key partners' growth.
- Conduct external quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with named partners and internal QBRs with the management team to align on goals and performance.
- Co-ordinate technical enablement activities with SE and partners – including technical certification program.
- Energy, enthusiasm, pro-activity & team player.
- A strong desire to build and maintain a successful partnership.
- Strong relationship-building skills to form deep, strategic connections with decision-makers.
- Proven value selling skills: the ability to uncover real partner needs by asking insightful questions, actively listening, and capturing feedback accurately.
- Understanding of partner organizations and business, including key business, portfolio and sales & marketing priorities and decision making and budget processes.
- Solid understanding of Saa S business models, including subscription-based revenue, customer retention, and product adoption strategies, to effectively support and grow partner success.
- Experience with IT channel models, including a deep understanding of partner business models and the role of partners.
- Business Planning skills and operational excellence using CRM and other sales tools effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Experience developing partnerships in the cyber security space.
- Solid understanding of cyber security technologies and the marketplace dynamics.
