Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a Senior Project Test Manager for one of our customer.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:

• Plays a pivotal role responsible for defining and guiding the overall test architecture, strategy, and practices across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in software testing, a strong understanding of modern software development practices, and the ability to implement scalable and efficient testing frameworks
• Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the testing process for multiple products or solution offerings.
• Directs the overall test strategy and general program requirements.
• Establish best practices for test automation, performance testing, security testing, and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote and advocate for shift-left principles, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
• Build high performing global delivery teams and lead internal network of leaders to deliver high quality services and secure repeat business
• Establish effective management processes to ensure high quality delivery, client service and strong client relationships
• Strong experience with the global service delivery model
• Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends
• Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. They must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential.

• Should be willing to travel
