About the role

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a talented Solution Architect specializing in M365 and Gen AI to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our M365 suite and Gen AI utilization.

As the Solution Architect, you will:

• Design sophisticated M365 solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  

• Drive the strategic roadmap for M365 suite, including planning, prioritizing, and executing key projects and initiatives.
  
• Drive the strategic roadmap for future Gen AI utilization cross Fortum
  
• Analyse current solutions and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, providing detailed recommendations and implementing enhancements.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working promptly to resolve them and prevent future occurrences.
  
• Collaborate closely with operations and Azure platform teams to integrate M365 solutions, facilitating seamless interoperability in a multi-vendor environment.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business goals and technological advancements.
  
  

About you

We would expect you to have the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, specifically with M365 and Gen AI.
  
• Strong understanding of multi-vendor environments and cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
  
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and future roadmaps.
  
• Fluent in English is required; Finnish proficiency is an advantage.
