We serve our customers through transformation and development projects. Between projects, we offer our customers a continuous Care service, where we mainly do small enhancements and development to their Salesforce org. We are looking for new talent to join our awesome team in Espoo, Finland.

What you will get to do:

Challenging and rewarding cases with our multinational customers. You will be jumping from one customer org to another during the day so you need to be able to quickly grasp what the set-up is and how the new things fit in there. You also get to work in a team filled with talented professionals.

What you will be responsible for:

• Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
• Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, discussion over cases, and hosting possible recurring status meetings
• Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
• Taking ownership and managing customer cases independently
• Configuring Salesforce and possibly other related tools
• Proactively engaging with customers to progress casework

The skills we are looking for:

• You have 2-3 years of Salesforce experience and an understanding of some of the following business practices and processes:
  • Sales
  • Customer service
  • Marketing automation
  • Business intelligence
  • Portals / communities
• Experience in some of the following:
  • IT consulting
  • IT customer service
  • Understanding of both business and IT
• Good communications skills and the ability to talk about Salesforce and other tools in the business context, without going into technical topics
• You are organized and able to multi-task with self-driven and proactive nature
