Our highly competent and growing Sustainability Consulting team is at the forefront of pioneering projects in Sustainability Strategy and Transformation, Sustainability-Driven Deals, and Sustainability Reporting & Technology.


We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team as a Senior Associate or Manager. In this role, you will lead and deliver a wide range of client projects, collaborating with experts and junior consultants to ensure sustainable results. You will also play a key role in developing our services to meet rapidly changing market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell, manage, and deliver Sustainability Consulting engagements, particularly in the strategy, deals, and capital markets context

• Develop and conceptualize new services to meet evolving market expectations.

• Manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Take an active role in collaborating with professionals across the firm and our global network to offer our clients a comprehensive range of services

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting or over 5 years in a corporate business development role

• Experience or demonstrated interest in sustainability strategy and transformation, sustainable finance, or sustainability-driven deals and capital markets

• Proactive attitude with a capability to develop business and conceptualize services

• Knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR) is considered an advantage but not a prerequisite

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Finnish is preferred, with additional languages like Swedish being a plus

• Relevant academic degree
