What you would do as our Product Sustainability Manager
You would lead and coordinate Science Based Target projects (SBT3) related to our product portfolio.

The skills and experience you need
- Collect and analyze product data needed for Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), internal decision making and reporting.
- Support and lead continuously improvements related to product sustainability and arrange training sessions when needed.
- Support customers in product sustainability questions.
- Perform Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) in selected projects to demonstrate improvement potential.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
- Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data collection, modeling, and experience with relevant software (preferably GABI or similar) and databases (e.g.,Ecoinvent).
- Experience in analyzing product sustainability data and familiarity with chemical regulations such as ROHS, SCIP, and REACH.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships both in person and remotely.
