About the role

In the Private Care we provide healthcare information system, called Dynamic Health, and services to private healthcare and welfare sector in Finland.

We are looking for curious and engaged System Analyst to work with Tietoevry Private Care products. In this position you act as System Analyst in a key role within development team to build great software solutions. You will work in close co-operation with Product Owner, development team and our customers. As a System analyst your main responsibility is to ensure the delivery of customer value and productivity of development team.

In this role you will

Drive the development process together with Product Owner
Analyse change requests and make development specifications and implementation proposals ensuring the team delivers customer valued features, and works efficiently
Co-operate tightly with our main customers to understand their needs and requirements, and translate those into value adding features
Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint goals
Addition to your immediate team, work in cross-functional environment consisting of sales, customer service, product management, architecture and release train management
Keep yourself updated about product related regulations e.g. GDPR
Support the sales process with domain and product knowledge

We are looking for someone with

Hands-on experience in designing/defining software specifications and implementation proposals for end-user software products
Previous working experience in working with Agile/Scrum or SAFe, preferably as Scrum Master
Experience in private/healthcare, and preferably with patient information systems
Competence to discuss with our customers about their needs and requirements
Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate
Fluent written and verbal Finnish and English language skills
Strong willingness to learn, improve and explore
Passion to build great products and solve complex customer problems

It would be beneficial if you also have

Experience working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Knowledge/experience of Kanta requirements and specifications
