The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Therapy Area Manager (12 Months Fix Term) role will make an impact:

Responsible for the management of the selected RX portfolio
Strategic planning and implementation of strategy and targeted marketing activities in all relevant marketing channels
Adapting global promotional materials to local needs
Analyzing relevant markets, preparing budgets and brand plans according to given standards and dates
Monthly reporting of actual sales and forecasting, and following promotional budget
Actively involved in new product launches and taking part in pricing process
Adhere to or follows local pharma ethical rules and regulations
Managing contract, Purchase orders and Hippo process
Developing sales presentations, marketing material and content for digital marketing, uploading in Veeva Vault and obtaining approval before use
Co-operating with internal stakeholders: sales, medical, regulatory, quality, Centre of Excellence etc.
Collaborating with selected KOLs, meeting relevant customers
Follow GDP regulations in determined tasks

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

A minimum Bachelor's degree is required
Industry Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Finland is preferred
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in pharmaceutical/marketing/sales
Fluent in both English and Finnish
