We are now looking for a
TRAVEL DESGINER FOR LAPLAND LUXURY DMC
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who is passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care and create lifelong memories to our guests.
What we are looking for

- You thrive for excellence and you are enthusiastic of new sales opportunities. You listen and actively learn of the motivation of our customers and you anticipate guests’ needs. Nurturing our customer relationships as well as following new sales leads comes to you as your second nature.

- Knowledge of luxury travel and/or tailor-made service packages is considered as an advantage.

- You are quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Achieving profitable growth and hitting as well as surpassing sales targets give you a great satisfaction.

- You have good communication and organisational skills, enjoy team work, punctuality and flexibility to multitask even in the most hectic times are your strengths.

- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages (Finnish, French, Spanish, German, Chinese) are advantage. Driver’s license is required.

- You are working with our international and domestic customers, prospecting and closing sales as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

- You actively work together with the creative team to develop existing programs/packages and new programs/packages to our target groups
- .· You work closely with our different departments ensuring and exceeding our customer promise as well as reaching company’s goals.
