Quelles seront vos missions?

As a Brand Activation Marketeer, your mission is to bring our brand to life at the point of sale (retail+digital) to enhance brand awareness, encourage trials, and drive conversions. You will optimize the return on investment (ROI) of our marketing initiatives designed to boost brand awareness, consideration, and product trials while focusing on an omnichannel approach. You will report to the Head of Marketing France and will have multiple interactions with internal and external stakeholders, from our local (France) and global (Amsterdam) HQs.
Your key responsibilities will be to :

• Translate the overall marketing calendar into impactful activations at or near our points of sale, ensuring that marketing activities and materials are tailored to local contexts to maximize effectiveness and achieve key marketing goals
• Maximize commercial impact by applying and managing the local marketing calendar, programs, and tools across all channels to drive brand awareness, increase footfall in stores, and promote cross- and upselling
• Lead marketing activation for new store openings and relocations with commercial partners
• Plan and execute impactful events and activations that elevate the brand and attract traffic to stores
• Localize and adapt all visual merchandising (VM) and point of sale (POS) materials
• Evaluate the success of each activation and campaign

Qui recherchons-nous?

• Master’s Degree (BAC+5) required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in branded retail, with a solid background in brand activation, marketing communications, and analytics
• Fluent in English & French
• Passion for the beauty and wellbeing industry
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate global brand messaging effectively
• Highly driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a sense of accountability
