Brief Summary:
The Business Development Analyst reports to the Brokerage Services & Product Management Department of USTS. This role will focus on developing leads to discover and engage with potential clients and partners to expand the firm’s client bases. Additionally, this role will aid in strengthening connections with established client bases to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of market trends, analyze competitors, and explore emerging opportunities.
· Offer insights and recommendations for areas of improvement and growth.
· Develop and implement outreach strategies for potential clients and partners, utilizing various methods such as emails, phone calls, social media, and in-person interactions.
· Identify and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish connections and promote Trade UP’s products and services.
· Identify potential leads for business development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute lead generation strategies.
· Monitor campaign performance, collect and analyze data for insights, and provide timely recommendations for adjustments and solutions.
· Maintain and report records of business development activities and outcomes for weekly meetings.
· Ensure organized and clear communication of all documentation and presentations for project briefings, project/lead tracking, competitor and market trends analysis, etc.
Education Requirements:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree.
· Business-related majors preferred.
Skills Requirements:
· Previous experience in finance industry preferred.
· Obtain FINRA Series 7 within 90 days after enrollment.
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English required.
· Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred.
· Excellent task-management, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Must be proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
· Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Must work well in a collaborative team environment.
· Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
