YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Rattachée(e) à un chef d’équipe de la mise en bouteille ce poste est à 80% cariste et 20% machiniste selon l'activité du site. Un cariste machiniste polyvalent est en charge d’approvisionner les lignes de production et d’évacuer les palettes de produit finis. Il est membre à part entière de l’équipe mise en bouteille et à ce titre il peut être amener à participer aux activités d’embouteillage. Il est notamment expert dans la conduite du palettiseur.
RESPONSIBILITIES

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Dans le rôle de cariste :
Ranger les palettes de produits finis dans le stock en respectant le FIFO dans les racks,
Réaliser l'approvisionnement des palettes de matières sur les lignes,
Ranger les matières excédentaires en fin de production,
Rendre compte des quantités produites au chef d'équipe et au conducteur de ligne,
Aider les différents services pour le comptage, la recherche de produits ou le déplacement de palettes,
Participer aux inventaires des stocks
Filmer les palettes de produits finis

Dans le rôle de machiniste :
Conduite du palettiseur
Réaliser les changements de formats du palettiseur
Réaliser les opérations de nettoyage et d’entretien de 1er niveau sur le palettiseur et autres équipements
Réaliser des opérations manuelles d’étiquetage, montage de caisses, palettisation etc.

NB : poste soumis à la modulation horaire et aux horaires décalées (journée, 2x8, 3x8 selon l’activité)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

PROFIL & COMPETENCES REQUISES :
Titulaire d'un CACES 3
Connaissance du fonctionnement du palettiseur et d’une ligne d’embouteillage, des process d’inventaires et de gestion des stocks, et respect des règles de Sécurité, Qualité et d’Hygiène.
