Customer Success Manager, Partnerships (France)

Trimble, a pioneer in bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Success Manager for our Architecture and Design division in the French region. This role is instrumental in enhancing our distribution channel in France through the implementation of customer success strategies and services, with a focus on our globally renowned 3D modelling software, Sketch Up.

What You Will Do
- Deliver essential elements of the Customer Success methodology to the A&D Channel Partner network in France including partner onboarding, ongoing product education, sales enablement, and training,
- Monitor and report on key Customer Success metrics and KPIs for partner performance.
- Collaborate with fellow CSMs, Channel Managers and with Channel Partners in the support of key or strategic accounts in France.
- Assist in defining and implementing Customer Success skill set requirements for the Channel Partner CSMs
- Work in tandem with Channel Managers to support renewal, expansion, and upsell initiatives in the French region
- Contribute to the creation of customer success-focused content in collaboration with other CSMs and product marketing
- Facilitate the growth of a collaborative partner community through webinars, events participation, and the development of case studies.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in related CAD software products within France
- Experience with Sketch Up modelling software or similar 3D modelling software.
- Expertise in customer lifecycle management and proven Customer Success practices
- Ability to assist partners in the rapid adoption of new solutions, prioritising projects and support activities for optimal ROI.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with an emphasis on decision-making coordination within a team environment.
- Familiarity in working in the distribution and / or reseller software market
- Fluent French and English language skills; both spoken and written.
- Experience with Skilled in identifying and addressing issues effectively.
- Experience in pre-sales environments.
