This is a 24/7 answering service for various offices, service & towing companies, emergency property management and security, and monitoring of alarm signals. Our busiest clients are the towing companies, since it includes taking calls, dispatching drivers, and communicating over the 2-way radios.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering calls
Filling out ticket messages (must be detail oriented)
Giving excellent customer service
Fast-pace (able to multitask and handle stressful situations)
Keep calm under pressure
Dispatching calls to drivers and responding on the radios
Monitoring and dispatching on alarm activity
Be adaptable to client's changes
Operate online dispatching programs
Requirements:
High school diploma/G.E.D.
Type 40wpm or greater (typing test at interview)
Good communication & multitasking skills
Be time oriented and reliable
2-3 References we can call (one work manager reference minimum)
Looking for someone to work swing, possible graveyard & weekends
