We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our boutique hotel
The ideal candidate will have a customer service and hospitality background, be reliable, responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience. Hotel Experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Making guest reservations
• Checking guests in and out
• Handling guest requests and complaints in a courteous professional manner
• Helping with hotel laundry as needed
• Inspecting Guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
• Helping with general hotel tasks as needed including restocking linen and supply closets and common area cleaning.
• For Night Audit Shifts - Maintaining the overnight security of the property by performing regular rounds, looking for disruptions and disturbances.

We are looking for either one full time or multiple part time candidates to fill this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
