PMO TECHNICAL LEAD H/F

Position Summary
Ponticelli Frères, an international industrial group serving companies in the oil and gas sector, is looking for a PMO Technical Lead as part of an increase in activity.The PMO Technical Lead is on charge of all support serviced to the Project, within the PMO.
His/her perimeter includes:
- offshore Crane Maintenance and Subsea ;
- preparation & Construction Method ;
- project Control ;
- QC and Welding Engineering ;
- tendering.
- coordinate the PMO teams to fulfill Project needs ;
- ensure all Ponticelli Procedures are applied on the Projects ;
- provide and present Monthly Project health check to senior management ;
- assist to Project Start up is PMT is not yet fully mobilized ; participate to the recruitment process for the Projets.
First located in France, you will then go on site in various foreign countries, depending on wich project you will take care of.

Profile Wanted
Training and knowledge :General or Specialized Engineering Degree or Project / Site / Business Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas as Project Manager
Fluent English and French
Know-how :
Know how to delegate and control
Know how to train and coach
Know how to report regularly to the hierarchy
Know how to master the IT tools related to your function
Know how to define indicators for steering and monitoring the activities
Soft skills :
Be autonomous
Be organised
Be rigorous
Be available and mobile
Have good interpersonal skills
