Description du poste

DESCRIPTIF DU STAGE

Dans le cadre du développement du Campus Online, le groupe ESSCA recherche un ou une stagiaire Ingénieur Pédagogique multimédia afin de participer à un projet innovant et porteur d'avenir.

Evoluant au sein d'une équipe d'expert et en accompagnant les enseignants, vos missions principales seront :

• Intégrer du contenu dans la plateforme Learning Management System (LMS),
• Participer à l'accompagnement des enseignants dans la création de cours 100% online,
• Accompagner et tutorer nos étudiants en ligne,
• Prendre part à la production des vidéos pédagogiques : rédactions de scénario, tournage, traitement d'image, montage et mise en ligne,
• Développer et améliorer l'interactivité des formations online (jeux, tutoriels, voix, quizz...)

In the context of the development of its Virtual Campus, the ESSCA Group is recruiting an Online Learning Designer Intern to participate in an innovative and promising project.

Working within a team of experts, your missions will be to participate in the creation and animation of the Virtual Campus' online educational system and to support teachers in the pedagogical, technical,and methodological aspects of the construction of online courses. More than an internship, a springboard!

Main missions

• Helping teachers to create 100% online courses
• Take part in the writing of the storyboards of the training courses
• Help produce educational videos: writing the scenario, recording, image editing, editing, and publishing them online
• Participate in the support and tutoring of our remote students
• Participate in the development of interactivity and the fun aspect of online training Integrate content into the Learning Management System Platform (Canvas)

Profil recherché

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

En cours de formation de niveau BAC+4 à Bac+5 en Ingénierie Pédagogique, Sciences de l'Education, Communication Scientifique, Psychologie cognitive ou autre équivalent, vous êtes sérieux, responsable, collaboratif et vous possédez un fort potentiel créatif.

Passionné par le digital, l'enseignement en ligne, les méthodes d'apprentissage ou les nouvelles technologies, vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit critique.

Votre sens de l’implication et vos prises d’initiatives innovantes, tout en faisant preuve d’une approche structurée, vous aident à vous démarquer.

Votre capacité d'adaptation et de communication, tant par texte que vidéo, sont vos atouts.

Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.

Caractéristiques du poste proposé :

• Type de contrat : Stage
• Durée du travail : 6 mois de janvier à juillet 2025
• Campus de localisation : Boulogne-Billancourt ou Strasbourg
• Gratification : selon la loi en vigueur (4,35€/heure)

Élément périphérique : Titres restaurant (10€ par jour travaillé - 50% à la charge du stagiaire)
