We are looking for one or more enthusiastic Team Leaders per site of all the 7 Center Parcs in France. Would you like to work at Villages Nature Paris, or is Les Landes de Gascogne closer to you? All options are possible!
In this job, which applies to all sites, you will directly manage a multidisciplinary team of 3-4 photographers. You develop dynamic communication and a proactive attitude within your team to ensure everything is operational. As a true team leader, you are also responsible for ensuring your team is present on time, managing the work schedules promptly allowing you to organize well between working time and personal activities, and being the motivating force for your team. Together, you ensure that the workplace is operational on time, provide successful souvenirs and unforgettable memories to guests. And if necessary, you step in like a true team player.
You are the contact for the Tape My Day operations director France and together optimize the turnover.
As a Team Leader, you are the linchpin. You are also the primary point of contact for the respective site of Center Parcs. You manage the entire operations of our Photo Retail. This will also involve focusing on increasing revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and improving overall guest experience. You prioritize customer satisfaction in your actions and reach out to customers. You are aware that this job requires a certain degree of flexibility in terms of time, as you will need to work during the week and on weekends.

What qualifications do you bring?

• Experience in Retail, preferably in the photo souvenir industry
• Knowledge of amusement parks and/or entertainment industry is a big plus
• Customer focus, tactical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative, and responsibility is in your DNA
• A true team leader who also enjoys being part of the daily operation to achieve sales targets
• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B1)
• Possession of a driver's license type B
• Start date: Start immediately
