RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Test Lead and part of the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Draft the overall testing strategy: unit tests, integration tests, organization of campaigns, etc.
• Identify and manage prerequisites: data, environments, etc.
• Estimate test load
• Write and execute sprint tests
• Support employees in charge of automation
• Manage the QA team (planning, follow-up, reporting)
• Supervise end-to-end system quality
• Alert and escalate any project/product risks to Project Management

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Test Lead, you are a self-starter and a good teacher. You have strong analytical and synthetic skills. Some of the secret ingredients we're looking for:

• Significant agile experience
• At least ISTQB® Foundation or Advanced certification
• A technical background
• Ability to lead a team (both managerial and interpersonal)
