The role of videographer will require high-end video production ranging from social media based short content, through to feature length angling films. As a company, we aim to be informative, innovative and inspirational in our media presence whilst maintaining our core brand values.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be joining our media team in France, with the goal of creating high-end video content to boost the Nash brand. This may be through product based productions assigned by the Sales & Marketing manager, or longer based session films.
The role will see being responsible for coming up with video ideas, planning these shoots and executing to a high standard to fit within the Nash Tackle brand guidelines.
Essential attributes
- A great working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with both DSLR and mirror less cameras for both video and photo work
- A working knowledge of video production practices
- An eye for a story and an ability to tell that story through video.
- A true passion for video production with experience in both long and short form video editing
- A strong show reel showing production examples
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects and with tight deadlines
- The independence to manage your own time whilst working on your own projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a tight knit team.
- An interest in fishing/carp fishing
- A full driver’s license
- The freedom to be away from home on shoots for up to 2 weeks at a time
- A working knowledge of stills photography and basic photo editing (Lightroom/Photoshop)
- Already equipped in cameras, lenses, tripods.
- An educational background in video production
- Knowledge of production outputs suitable for different platform
- As part of the application, applicants must send in a showreel/examples of work.
- Fluent in English
- Annual budget - Depending on experience
- Nash can provide some video equipment to cover some shooting and projects.
- Team work and sharing skills with all videographers and creators working at Nash
