Your responsibilities:

• You collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design teams to create high-quality animations that showcase our products and flavor experiences.
• You design motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• You contribute to product campaigns, webshop enhancements, and maintain brand consistency.
• You create and present multiple motion design concepts, adhering to creative briefs and project goals.
• You optimize 3D and motion-based storytelling touchpoints to enhance brand and product presentation.
• You stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• You collaborate with the Product team to accurately represent product features in the digital space.

That´s you:

• Proficiency in 3D & Motion Design Software: Cinema4D, Blender, After Effect or whatever floats your boat to get to stunning visuals and experiences.
• Design Software: Strong working knowledge of adjacent design software like Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Digital Asset Creation: Ability to create, optimize, and manage digital assets in a scalable way across touch-points and formats, ensuring they are on-brand and support brand and business objectives.
• AI interest and experience: You are interested and involved in keeping up with a changing industry. You already know how to integrate Ai into your work flows to super-charge your creativity and efficiency.
• Experience in product companies: You love to work on concepts that work in a high-performing business environment where products are the hero. Bringing your creativity to serve commercial success in product marketing is key.
• Motion Typography and Layout: Strong sense of in-motion typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to create clean, functional, and appealing storytelling.
• Accessibility Best Practices: Knowledge and application of accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints to ensure storytelling impact is natural to you.

• Film cutting and editing: Basic to intermediate skills in this area will allow you to work with film productions and present /integrate your work into border concepts.
• Web and Mobile Design: Knowledge and capacity to work with developers to add interactive functions to your concepts is a plus.
