Your tasks:

• Academic support and advice for the debt counselling centres recognized in Rhineland-Palatinate on legal issues relating to enforcement law, insolvency law, general civil law and social law
• Organization of further education and training for debt counsellors
• Independent research for a doctoral project
• Publication of scientific publications in specialist journals and presentations of own research results at conferences and workshops
• Teaching courses

Your profile:

• A successfully completed scientific university degree
  
• Prerequisites for a doctorate must be met
• Knowledge of social law and / or a second state examination in law is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German language skills
