Your tasks:

• Scientific support and advice for the debt counselling centres recognized in Rhineland-Palatinate on legal issues relating to enforcement law, insolvency law, general civil law and social law
• Organization of further education and training for debt counsellors
• Independent research on a doctoral or post-doctoral project
• Publication of scientific publications in specialist journals and presentations of own research results at conferences and workshops
• Conducting your own courses

Your profile:

• a successfully completed academic university degree in law or with a strong focus on social law (Master's degree)
• with the aim of habilitation a successfully completed doctorate in law or social sciences is required
• second state examination in law is an advantage
• very good written and spoken German language skills
